By accessing or using the 4dchat platform through any device or means, you explicitly accept these Terms as a binding agreement between you and 4dchat. This acceptance is ongoing and applies each time you use our services.

4dchat operates under a valid international licence. All gambling activity on this platform is for entertainment purposes and is subject to the laws and regulations applicable to the user's area of residence. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling activity is legally permitted in their area of residence.

4dchat services are limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• Not a citizen or resident of a country that absolutely prohibits online gambling activity.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently declared bankrupt or subject to bankruptcy proceedings under any jurisdiction.
• Not previously banned or suspended from the 4dchat platform.

4dchat reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including a copy of an identity card or MyKad) at any time to verify user eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any time. Registering multiple accounts, whether by the same individual or with the intent of abusing promotional offers, is strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all balances across the accounts involved.

During registration, users must provide accurate, complete and current information including full name, mobile phone number, active email address, and any other information requested. Users are responsible for updating this information whenever any changes occur.

Account passwords are entirely the user's responsibility. 4dchat will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the user's failure to keep their password confidential. Users are advised to use a strong password and not share login details with anyone.

All financial transactions on the 4dchat platform are subject to the following limits and conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction, covering all available payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request has been submitted and verified.
• Accepted payment methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

4dchat reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals for fraud prevention purposes and to comply with licensing requirements. All funds deposited into a 4dchat account are for gambling purposes only and may not be used for any other purpose.

Withdrawal requests may not be made for funds obtained through a violation of these terms. 4dchat reserves the right to reject or delay any withdrawal identified as resulting from suspicious activity or a breach of platform rules.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 4dchat are subject to specific wagering requirements. Users must meet these requirements before any funds obtained from bonuses can be withdrawn.

The 4dchat welcome bonus gives you 150% of your first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM500. The applicable wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus value received:

• Example 1: Deposit RM100 — bonus received is RM150, account balance RM250. Total wagering required is RM150 × 20 = RM3,000.
• Example 2: Deposit RM800 — bonus received is RM500 (maximum cap), account balance RM1,300. Total wagering required is RM500 × 20 = RM10,000.

Only one welcome bonus is permitted per user. Any attempt to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts or other means will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and the possible closure of the accounts involved.

4dchat reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice. Bonuses that are in progress at the time of such a change will continue to be subject to the original terms in place when the bonus was granted.

All games available on the 4dchat platform — including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, Dragon Tiger, sportsbook, mix parlay and others — are operated by licensed software providers and are each governed by their own binding game rules.

The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed except in situations involving a clear and verifiable technical error. In the event of a technical error, 4dchat reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the original wager to the user.

• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing any bets.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or use automated software (bots) is strictly prohibited.
• Unusually large winnings obtained through suspicious means are subject to review by the 4dchat compliance team.

For sportsbook and sports betting, displayed odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are final except in circumstances requiring cancellation by the event organiser or service provider.

4dchat users are required to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times when interacting on the platform, including in the live chat feature and community spaces. Strictly prohibited actions include:

• Using abusive, threatening or racist language in any communication channel on the platform.
• Spreading false information about the 4dchat platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate games or promotional offers.
• Using any unauthorised third-party software or tools to alter or influence game outcomes.
• Making false accusations or complaints against other parties on the platform.

Users are also responsible for ensuring that money used for gambling is personally owned and legally obtained, and is not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. 4dchat reserves the right to take action against any account suspected of involvement in money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

4dchat reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Registration of multiple accounts or bonus abuse.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Use of automated software or unauthorised methods.

In cases of suspension due to a terms violation, 4dchat reserves the right to freeze the account balance until the investigation is complete. If the violation is proven, any balance obtained through activity that breaches these terms may be forfeited.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 4dchat customer support. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

4dchat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from, or in connection with, the use of our platform, unless such loss is a direct result of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by 4dchat.

In particular, 4dchat is not responsible for:

• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including third-party technical issues or internet outages.
• Financial losses resulting from a user's gambling decisions.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.

Gambling involves real financial risk. Users acknowledge that they gamble at their own risk and that money wagered may be lost entirely.

4dchat reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or by registered email.

Continued use of the 4dchat platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated version of these Terms. It is the user's responsibility to check this Terms page periodically to ensure they remain aware of the latest version.

If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.
